I have more than 14 years of experience with translating complicated concepts into words your customers can understand. With this experience, I can help you meet the challenges and overcome objections to increase your brand awareness and shorten your sales cycle.

An experienced freelance SaaS copywriter is perfect for:

  • Helping you find a distinctive tone of voice
  • Making technical content understandable to people outside the industry
  • Covering unexpected sick leave or maternity cover from your marketing team
  • Delivering a consistent content schedule to help you meet ongoing customer expectations
  • Inspiration for new content ideas
  • Specific projects such as a site audit or specific campaign
  • Repurposing or converting existing content

For more than fourteen years, I’ve been helping B2B and B2C SaaS providers demonstrate how their products meet the needs of their target market.

How freelance copywriting services have helped grow SaaS businesses

How one brand started talking its customer's language with a whole new tone of voice

One client, HANDD, was looking at how to communicate their unique point of difference through their tone of voice. Having completed a project for one of their suppliers, they reached out to Complete Copywriting to create a whole new tone of voice for their business.

Over the course of several meetings I came to understand the key elements of their business and the proposition, the marketplace and their key competition and how they were presently promoting their services. We held communications workshops and, through these, developed a tone of voice that would enable them to communicate technical concepts with their audience and stand out from their competitors.

I then scaled this into a tone of voice guide ‘HANDDwritten’ which explained and illustrated the tone of voice that should be used for different situations.

The clients were so delighted with these, they asked me to roll out the new tone of voice across their website, and over the coming years, employed my services to develop further content for the website but also to create content for several other specialist sector websites that they launched.

How one SaaS business recruited in additional skills to ensure their campaign was flawless

Global software giant Kaspersky were in the process of rolling out an academy for their global sales team. To be taken seriously as a player in the IT security market they needed a proactive sales team well trained in products experienced in the features, benefits and potential objections for each. With an extensive amount of knowledge within the team, they were missing a native English speaker to quickly deliver content that was accessible by sales teams, but also in English to reach a broader audience. With a background in sales, Danielle at Complete Copywritign was the perfect candidate to deliver high quality, native Englilsh content from which the sales teams could be trained.

We delivered sales letters, web pages, product pages, sales scripts and training documents which got their academy off to a flying start. Once completed, I also reviewed the online platform for any spelling errors, grammatical errors and typos. Once the Academy had enough content, the internal team took the Academy on to manage moving forward using their team of inhouse copywriters and translators.

How one SaaS business used Complete Copywriting to keep their content strategy on track despite even when their inhouse copywriter was taken ill long term

When the inhouse copywriter for a global client got sick, the client had no idea how they would go on to deliver the new strategy which resulted from their recent merger with a large US business. Complete Copywriting had created some case studies previously and therefore had some knowledge of the business, so the client reached out to us to see if we would cover their needs while their inhouse copywriter was off on long-term sick.

For 6 months, and then after a short gap in which the inhouse copywriter returned, a further three months, I worked with the client. I acted as a full-time team member. I was integrated into their workflow processes and given access to their internal drives. I was given my own email and worked seamlessly, attending team meetings and working with product managers and marketing managers to keep the content delivery strategy on schedule.
